Hrafnhildur is a licensed real estate agent in Spain as well as the office manager of Spánarheimil in the purchase agreement and after-sales department. She has lived in Spain for the past 25 years and is a native Spanish speaker. Hrafnhildur was previously a branch manager in the Spanish bank CAM with a good reputation where she formed strong ties with the country as well as others. She is also in charge of making wills and other administrations for the land, where her expertise is useful. Hrafnhildur is a certified document translator from Spanish to Icelandic and vice versa.

Susana is Spanish and is the legal advisor of the Spanish Home, she handles and is responsible for all our purchase and disposal contracts in Spain. She is our person who has the biggest and best connection to the "notarium" and other administrative institutions in Spain.

Ragga is a solar and marketing consultant for Spain Home and lives in Spain. She is a business analyst by training and loves Spanish culture. Her strength is, among other things, a sense of service - and interpersonal relations, where she scores quite well.

Sigurður is a service and marketing consultant for Spánarheimil, he lives in Spain and knows the regions well, the schools, Spanish culture and how the tempo is in that country, Siggi is balanced and has a keen eye for the needs of the country in the region.
