About the area:

A short distance from Cala del Llebeig, the urban center of Moraira and all the services provided by the Residential Resort Cumbre del Sol. Moraira is a small, picturesque coastal town belonging to the Teulada and Alicante region right on the Mediterranean coast of the Costa Blanca. The town with 8 kilometers of beautiful beach surrounded by mountains and vineyards.
Many Spaniards call Moraira "Spain's St Tropez" and many residents spend their summers in Moraira, lately more and more nationalities have also found Moraira to be "their" paradise on earth and that's why the Expad Community is growing.
Moraira is located about 80 km north of Alicante and about 1 hour drive on fine motorways from Alicante airport. A little further, or about 100 km is to Valencia. Denia, which is about 20 km north, is the site of ferry lines to Ibiza and Mallorca, among others.
