Rental management - Assistance with renting out real estate
If a property owner wants income from their holiday home in Spain, we can take care of the property and take care of everything related to renting out the property - answering inquiries, receiving the tenant, cleaning the property and other maintenance.
Included in the rental management is the following:

Arrange the owner’s personal belongings in storage before the tenant arrives if requested.

Keyholder and Guarantor of the Property (“Keyholder”) - Receive tenants and show them the property as well as teach about ventilation, gas and go over the basic rules of conduct.

Appraisal of a property for rent so that it meets the tenants’ requirements for facilities as well as obtaining a rental permit from the local authorities if necessary.

Property registration for rent with photos and description on our rental website and all management of the bookings.

Logging in to Airbnb in several languages as we have high-end user access and act as an intermediary in all dealings with interested tenants.

Supervision of the property while the property is for rent.

Cleaning of the property and the entire line between rental periods - The tenant pays extra for the cleaning at the end of the rental period.

Answer all inquiries from tenants who come by phone or e-mail about the property while providing all local services in Spain to tenants and property.
